1. Eligibility for Replace

You may request a return within [7] days of receiving your order .
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed and unaltered

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags, labels, and accessories attached

Non- Replaceable items include:

  • Innerwear, swimwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Discounted / Clearance / Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products


2. Replace Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [contact@clochi.com] with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will review your request and send you approval instructions

  3. Once approved, ship the item to the address provided

  4. After inspection, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit as requested

Important: Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.


3. Replace Shipping Costs

  • Customer-paid returns: Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Defective / wrong item: Clochi.com will cover or reimburse return shipping after verification.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different size

  • Different color

  • Replacement for defective/damaged items

If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos/videos showing the issue

  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost


6. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped.

After Shipping

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Clochi.com is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost parcels due to incorrect address provided by the customer

However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier partner.
